"Congratulations! You have been appointed by Commissioner Jerry Libbin to the Board of the Miami Beach Commission For Women, for a term ending 12/31/2011."
What I swore to today reads:
"I do solemnly swear or affirm to bear true faith, Loyalty and allegiance to the Government of the United States, the State of Florida and the City of Miami Beach and to perform all the duties of a member of the above mentioned board of the City of Miami Beach to which I have been appointed..."
I'm honored and very flattered, thank you Commissioner Libbin I look forward to serving my city with you.

How are you using social networking in your life?
I am using Social Media, Viral Marketing and Social Networking for everything related to getting the "message out". Primarily I use it for business, however I do take a moment to say hello to my friends also. (that's always fun!)
I have manged to spread the word constantly and my client base has risen tremendously for both my Internet Marketing & Consulting business and my Luxury Real Estate business.
I also use it philanthropically, for example on Facebook I created a cuase to help the victims of the Earthquakes in Costa Rica. This is also published on http://www.causes.com/costaricaerthquake
I was recently named Global Internet Marketing Strategist for and Eco Green Developer in Costa Rica, thanks to Social Media.

Who was the very first Realtor in the world to use podcasting?
Zahara Mossman™is a pioneer in the real estate industry. Zahara also created a revolution in real estate technology by being the first Realtor® in the world to advertise her listings via “podcasting”. Mossman is and Internet Marketing Expert and Consultant.
For those unfamiliar with the term, a podcast is an audio broadcast that can be downloaded to any computer or digital music player, including the iPod, by reading her listings over the phone to an automated robot program and uploading them to her Web logs.
